Can I Re-Underwrite an application?

Yes, you can!

After an application has been approved you can go back and Re-Underwrite the application if needed. This option is available for Applications between Approved to Closing status. Once you re-underwrite an application it will be sent back to Underwriting status.

1. Go to the Offers Tab, then click on the Actions menu and select Application

2. Click on Re-Underwrite.
