How to enter a Renewal?

To enter a Renewal application you may follow these steps:

1. Go to the Business page of the business/borrower you wish to Renew, then click on New Application

2. Select RENEWAL and confirm that it is the product you wish to renew. If needed you can click on "Change Item" to select another product to Renew.

3. Complete the application information and submit.

Important: When  choosing the loan amount, note that it must include the outstanding balance of the existing loan.
