How can I decline an application?

You can easily decline applications from Lending Portal, applications can be DECLINED in any status, expect after the application has been BOARDED. Here ere the steps:

If the application is in Application Received status, just click on the Decline Button

If the application is in another Status, you may decline it from the ACTIONS menu

You also have the option to add a note and select the Decline reason.
