How to write off a loan?

Yes, you can!

1. Go to the Loan tab and click on the ACTIONS menu and select Write Off.

2. Select the Write Off reason and any additional details in the notes section (optional).

3. Click on Submit.

Now, to make the Write Off effective and for security reasons, it needs to be released by another team member from the operations team who has permissions to do so.

The pending to release Write off can be can be found in the Pending Write offs queue in the Collections section.
