An application that has reached the Boarded status, should also appear in the Pending to Release queue. Loan funds will need to be released by a second user for risk management purposes. Once a loan is released, the funding information will be transmitted to the ACH network. The following steps will need to be followed in order to release a loan.
- Find the loan and check the box that you need to release under "Loans You Can Approve."
- Select Release Selected.
- Confirm that is the loan to be released.
Until confirmation of funding has been received via the ACH network, the loan will appear in the Released queue. Once funds have been exchanged, the loan will move to the Active queue.
