Can I modify a loan's payment amount?

Yes, you can!

1. Go the the loan's tab and Click on the Actions menu, then select Modify

2. Enter the new payment amount.

Depending on your configuration, you can also add:

- An optional expiration date for the payment modification.

- Select if you wish to apply to interest only.

3. Click on Submit.

Now, to make the Payment Modification effective and for security reasons, it needs to be released by another team member from the operations team who has permissions to do so.

The Payment modification can be can be found in the Pending Modification queue.
