What is the ready for renewal queue?

The Ready for Renewal queue includes all the Loans that meet certain conditions defined by the lender, conditions that make the Loan a potential renewal lead. The conditions currently supported  are:

1. The Loan must be paid off to a certain percentage (i.e. 75% of Loan amount paid off, this percentage is also defined as a lender property).
2. The Loan must have no amount past due.
